Terms and explanations of service

Usage
(a) My pieces are primarily meant for non-commercial uses. They are not to be edited or reposted without permission from the commissioner.
(b) A commercial use permit will require an extra fee. This includes pieces for ads, promos, monetized videos, and products.
Payment
My current forms of accepting payment are Paypal, Stripe, CheckYa (connected to those 2) and Steam game gifts (limited choice). Payment is done after work is completed but before delivery.
Process
After we agree on the project, I will commence it. In the case of art, multiple progress shots are usually shared for feedback. After the work is done, I may send you a "final" preview of it (if art, and never in full resolution), and wait for your acknowledgement. Upon your response, we agree on a form of payment, and after the payment is delivered, I will send over the full-sized documents; through email unless requested otherwise.
Sharing
I might want to post completed commissions on my sites, but you can ask me for yours not to be posted, or to be posted with you listed as an anonymous client. Alternatively, you can ask to post it to your own social media account with attribution to me instead.
On the other hand, I may not want a commission shared for various reasons- but if you still want it shared publicly, I will permit you to post it to your own account with an attribution to "anonymous artist" or "an artist who does not wish to be named" or something among those lines.
My 'rights'
• I have the right to refuse any request, with or without explanation.
• I have the right to refuse to work again with a client who has failed to provide payment or was very unpleasant to work with.
Your 'rights'
• You can have progress shots for visual works and ask for tweaks and modifications (though not indefinitely).
• You may cancel a project in its early stages (does not apply to sketch-only and lineart-only works).
• You may ask for a commission to be put on hold if you're short on funds (or other reasons).
Personal limits
07 JUL 2022 | V3
My limits differ between whether I'm drawing or writing something. I used to have more detailed lists, but simple is better; if you aren't sure, feel free to ask me through e-mail, Twitter or Pixiv.I can be flexible on limits depending on context, and some limits are gender and/or body-dependent. If you want something that's a lot like what I have drawn/written before, you probably don't have to worry.Hard limits are scat, stuffing and whump.Other themes can be sensitive and contextual like food, gender play, scent, some body part focus, and some trope or plot elements. For instance, I might not make content focused on bare human feet, but I might make the content if it's with paws instead. Or, I might make scent kink content in something like an A/B/O context, but not in a "smelly" context.Communication is always important, so I want to be upfront if I can't accept a commission. If necessary, I will add more here in the future, but asking me directly is always an option if you are in doubt.
